Detergent with great power of washing, degreasing and sequestration, which due to its special composition allows the saponification of fats, while preventing the precipitation of calcareous salts. Prevents the formation of scale and calcareous deposits in the machine. Sequestration power: 16º HF per gram of product, in a liter of water, in a pH of 11, and a temperature of 60ºC.
Product for washing dishes and glassware, and can also be used with all materials that can be washed in dishwashers. Especially suitable for waters of medium or high hardness. The optimum temperature of the washing bath is 45 – 60 ºC. “Suitable for use in the food industry.”
